Privacy

OK Marching is a free scores archive for Oklahoma marching bands. There are no ads, no accounts and no tracking cookies.

Browsing the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (like any web host) to run and protect the site. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

The forms

When you send a recap, schedule, show or photos, we get what you type in the form: your email, any name you give, your message and your files. A spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs first. The form is emailed to us and a copy is kept so nothing gets lost. We use it only to add your scores or photos to the site and to reply if we have a question. Your email is never shown on the site, shared or sold. Photographers are credited by the name they give for the credit.

Our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

We post results to our own pages. The tools we use for that only publish our posts and read our own pages' numbers; they don't collect anything about you.

Getting your data deleted

Email [email protected] and say what you'd like removed (a form you sent, your email, a photo credit). We'll delete it and let you know. Want a photo taken down? Ask and it comes down the same day, no questions asked.
